Which browsers does it run in?
Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. Nothing to install — no agent, no elevated permissions, and no new infrastructure to stand up.
Where do my screenshots and documents live?
On your machine. Captures stay in the browser for the core pipeline, then export to your disk or into the system of record you already use — SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow Knowledge, Drive, and similar. We don’t host a second document library.
How does redaction work?
You redact before export. Sensitive regions stay out of the finished file — useful for PHI, PII, credentials, and other fields that shouldn’t travel with the document.
Do you use my content to train AI?
No. Screenshots and document content are not uploaded anywhere. Privacy isn’t a setting here — it’s the architecture.
Can teams share work today?
Yes — your documents are stored on your Teams/Slack channels, SharePoint, or shared drives. Share away, securely.
Is SSO available?
Not during Preview or on Pro. SSO is on the Enterprise roadmap. If that’s a hard requirement for rollout, request access and tell us in the form — or send us a note.
